Autopilot · the complete price list

What it costs, all of it

Autopilot is €150 a month. Building an automation costs credits, and 1,500 of them are already in the subscription. Running what you built costs nothing. Every price on this page is fixed, published and quoted to you before anything gets built.

Credits pay for building. Running is included.

That single rule is why your bill cannot surprise you. An automation is priced once, before you approve it. After that it can fire ten times a day for a year and it never costs you another credit.

The subscription

€150 a month buys all of this

Everything here is flat. It does not move with how much you use it.

On top of that the subscription carries 1,500 build credits every month, worth €150 at the standard rate of €0.10 per credit. They arrive on your billing date and they are always spent before anything you bought yourself.

Building

Three prices. Nothing in between.

Every automation is quoted as one of these three before it is built. You see which one and why. If it turns out harder than planned, the price you approved is still the price you pay.

What would your Playbook cost?

Count the repeatable jobs in your week and put them in the right row. Most founders land between six and ten.

3 months

Inside Autopilot you never do this by hand. The finder reads your Playbook, sorts your jobs into the three prices itself, and shows the total before you start.

Top-ups, only when you choose

Bought credits never expire. Auto top-up is off unless you switch it on yourself, so nothing is ever bought on your behalf.

Questions

The ones that cause arguments later

I pay €150 a month. Can I automate as much as I want?

You can run as much as you want. Every automation you have built keeps running on the subscription, up to 5,000 runs a month, and you never pay per run. What is metered is building new ones. Your €150 includes 1,500 build credits every month, which is 10 simple automations a month, or 3 standard ones, or a complex one. Most weeks you build one or two, so most people never spend a euro beyond the subscription.

Why are there credits on top of the subscription at all?

Because building is the only part that varies. Two customers pay the same €150, and one wants three automations while the other wants thirty. A flat price for both means the careful one pays for the greedy one. Credits keep the subscription low and put the cost of extra building where it belongs. Everything that is not a new build stays inside the €150: running what you have, the finder that proposes what to automate next, the build plan and its quote, repairs, the reporting, and support. And the €150 already carries 1,500 build credits, worth €150, so for most people the credit line on the invoice stays empty.

How do I know what one automation will cost before I approve it?

Every automation gets a written build plan first, and the plan carries its price. There are three prices and nothing in between: Simple 150 credits (€15), Standard 400 credits (€40), Complex 900 credits (€90). You see which of the three it is, and why, before anything is built. Nothing is ever built without you pressing approve. If the build turns out harder than the plan said, that is our problem: the price you approved is the price you pay.

What does it cost to automate my whole Playbook?

A typical Playbook has 8 jobs worth automating (3 simple, 4 standard, 1 complex). That is 2,950 credits, so it is built inside your subscription in about 2 months without ever topping up. Your own number is different, and you do not have to guess it: the calculator on this page prices your list per job, and once you are inside Autopilot the finder does it against your actual Playbook.

Do I pay credits every time an automation runs?

No. Running is included. An automation that fires two hundred times a month costs the same as one that fires twice. Fair use is 5,000 runs a month across everything you have built, and if you ever get near it we tell you before it matters, not after.

What about changes and repairs?

Repairs are free, always. If an automation breaks, including when an outside app changes something on its side, we fix it and it costs you nothing. Changing what an automation does is a small build: 25% of its build price. A standard automation costs 400 credits to build, so 100 credits to change.

What happens when my credits run out?

Building pauses. Nothing else does. Everything you already built keeps running, your dashboard keeps reporting, and your data stays where it is. You either wait for next month, when 1,500 fresh credits arrive, or you top up. We never buy credits for you: auto top-up is off unless you switch it on yourself.

What does a top-up cost?

1,000 credits for €100, 3,000 credits for €270, 10,000 credits for €800. The standard rate is €0.10 per credit and the larger packs are cheaper per credit. Bought credits never expire. Your monthly 1,500 do: they reset on your billing date, and they are always spent first.

Are there other costs? AI usage, tools, per user?

Not from us. The AI that builds and runs your automations is inside the credit price, so there is no separate model bill and no per-user fee. What we cannot include are the apps you already pay for on your own account, like your CRM, your mailer or a paid API you ask us to connect to. Those stay yours, and we tell you when a build needs one before we build it.

If I cancel, do I lose the credits I bought?

Bought credits stay usable until the end of the month you paid for, and unused packs bought in the last 30 days are refundable. Your $79 Playbook is yours for good either way, and you can export every automation description before you go. Cancelling stops the automations from running, because running is what the subscription pays for.

Autopilot is step three

Audit finds it. Playbook writes it down. Autopilot runs it. You need the Playbook before there is anything to automate.
