Privacy & data
We store what you type into the audit and the tools so we can produce your report and your workspace, plus anonymous usage events so we can see where the product loses people. We do not sell or share your data, and you can have it exported or deleted on request.
What we store
- Your audit answers, scores and generated report
- Your email address if you ask for a copy of your audit result, save a tool result or buy the Playbook
- Whether you agreed to receive follow-up emails, with the exact wording you agreed to and when
- Where your first visit came from (the referring site, a campaign tag or a partner link) and the page you landed on, so we can see which channels work
- If you join the waitlist for ongoing help after buying the Playbook: that you joined, when, and the note you left
- Tool inputs and outputs, so results stay available at their link
- Workspace content: everything written for your Playbook, and your progress
- Product events (page views, audit started/completed, tool runs, purchases) with a random session identifier, no IP addresses are stored in readable form
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or share your data with advertisers
- We do not run third-party advertising or tracking pixels
- We do not use your business data to train external models
If you ask for a copy of your audit result, we send that one email and nothing else. Follow-up emails about your result are only sent if you tick the separate box for them, and every one of those emails has a link that stops them in one click. Buying the Playbook stops any follow-up series automatically. After a purchase we only email you about your Playbook.
We measure visits with our own first-party code: no cookies, no advertising or third-party trackers. A random identifier in your browser’s local storage links the pages of one visit together. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
Access and deletion
Ask us and we will export everything we hold about you, or delete it. Deletion removes your lead record, queued emails, workspace and links your audit to nobody. It is immediate and not reversible.
Security
Workspaces are isolated per account and opened with a private link that functions as a credential, treat it like a password. Secrets stay server-side. Actions that cannot be undone require explicit approval rather than happening automatically.
Estimates
Every number on this site is modeled from your own inputs using published assumptions, which are printed alongside the result. They indicate size and direction. They are not guaranteed savings.
