Terms of service
Last updated 7 September 2026. These terms apply to everything on this site: the free tools, the audit, the library and the paid Buy Back Your Week OS.
You buy a workspace generated from your own answers, delivered instantly. It is a system and a plan — not coaching, not a hire, and not a promise of a specific number of hours saved. If it is not what you expected, you have 14 days to ask for your money back.
1. Who you are contracting with
Buy Back Your Week · Nederland · hello@buybackyourweek.com
Questions about these terms: contact us or email hello@buybackyourweek.com.
2. What is free and what is paid
- Free, no account: the red flag check, the calculators and generators under /tools, every article under /answers, and the downloads in the library.
- Free, email required: your full audit report and the email course. You can unsubscribe at any time; the link is in every message.
- Paid: the Buy Back Your Week OS — a one-off purchase, no subscription, no recurring charge.
3. What the OS includes
On payment you immediately receive a private workspace link containing the components listed on the pricing page: your task inventory, delegation matrix, role brief, test assignment, access checklist, SOP starter pack, onboarding plan, metrics, communication rules, 30-day plan and progress dashboard. Everything is generated from the answers you gave in your audit.
Your workspace link is personal. Anyone holding the link can open your workspace, so treat it like a password. Access does not expire; we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before ever retiring a workspace.
4. What we do not promise
- No guaranteed savings. Every hour figure, cost figure and ROI figure on this site is modelled from the numbers you type in, combined with published assumptions we state openly. They are estimates for decision-making, not forecasts and not guarantees.
- No hiring service. We do not supply, vet, employ or place assistants. We tell you what to delegate and how; who you hire and on what terms is entirely your decision and your responsibility.
- No legal, tax or employment advice. Contracts, classification of workers, payroll and data-processing obligations in your country are yours to verify with your own advisor.
- No advice replacement. The output is a starting structure written by software. Read it before you act on it.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate answers — the quality of the output depends entirely on the quality of the input.
- Do not upload other people’s personal data into the audit or the tools. Describe tasks, not individuals.
- Do not resell, republish or redistribute the generated material as your own product. You may freely use it inside your own business, including with your team and your assistant.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at volume, or work around access limits.
6. Intellectual property
The site, the tools, the templates and the underlying method remain ours. The output generated from your own answers is yours to use inside your business, indefinitely, including after any refund of a different purchase. The library downloads may be shared with your own team; they may not be sold or published elsewhere.
7. Payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include any tax that we are required to charge in your country; if tax applies it is shown before you confirm. Payment is handled by our payment provider — we never see or store your card details. A receipt is emailed automatically.
8. Refunds
Full 14-day refund policy, including how EU/UK withdrawal rights apply to instantly delivered digital products: read the refund policy.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or improve the tools and the generated components; we will not remove a component you already paid for without offering an equivalent or a refund.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to this service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including lost profit, lost time, or the results of a hiring decision you made. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your data through the privacy page. We may suspend access if these terms are breached — in which case any unused portion of a recent purchase is refunded.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Nederland, and disputes are heard by its competent courts. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country of residence.
13. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms materially, the updated date at the top changes and anyone with an active workspace is notified by email. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought.
